The Equestrian Lifestyle Is Hard.

Not to mention all the challenges that 2020 put on our plates.

That's why we've teamed up with Sport and Performance Psychologist (and equestrian) by Darby Bonomi, PhD to create a free 4-week webinar series to help equestrians develop more resilience.

What is resilience?

In short, resilience is the ability to bounce back.

Let’s face it — life (and riding) are hard.

We are delivered bumps and bruises daily. Challenges and obstacles are part of the game.

A good life is not about avoiding bumps and bruises—even if this were possible. A life well-lived is about how you spring back, even better than before.

... This is easier said than done.

Webinar Outline:

One live webinar a week beginning February 1st 2021, with daily at-home practices to help ingrain each lesson into habit.
