Tik Maynard Teaches Understanding Horse Behavior
Learn to Think Like Your Horse.
Horses are not humans, and yet so often, we expect them to be able to process the world just as we do, and are often upset when "silly" or "dumb" things spook or frighten them. In this Masterclass, Tik Maynard goes in-depth on how your horse actually perceives their world, and teaches you how to meet them at their level for better understanding, respect, and ultimately, a much better relationship.
Tik Maynard Teaches Training the Spooky or Anxious Horse
Turn Your Horse into a Solid Citizen.
In this masterclass, you'll learn horse behavior, horse psychology, and training fundamentals by expert, author, and top clinician Tik Maynard. Transform your spooky horse into one who listens, thinks, and responds appropriately when placed in uncomfortable situations.
Tik Maynard Teaches Training the Young Horse
Give Your Young Horse a Strong Foundation.
The traditional methods of starting young horses usually focus on "making" the horse do something. But what if there was a better way? What if you could connect with your young horse from a place of kindness, and give them confidence through a solid relationship built on mutual respect, rather than force? In this 14 part Masterclass, Tik Maynard shows you how to get started with your young horse in a way that's positive, fun, and sets the tone for a strong, lifelong partnership, regardless of your discipline or desired level of competition.

I love Tik's emphasis on taking the time each horse needs. I ran into some issues with my young horse and even considered selling him until I found a trainer who took their time like Tik advocates, and 9 months later we were making true progress!
Brianna J.
I very much appreciate the emphasis on slow, sequential learning. My current OTTB is taking a long time to produce, but I know it will be worth it. Tik's course on understanding horse behavior was lovely!
Sophie C.
Tik has opened my eyes to a new way of interacting with my horses. Now, I'm much more mindful of every interaction with my horse, and always try to see things from his point of view. Our relationship has really thrived as a result, especially in our groundwork!
